With 32 years of experience beneath the trademark "Starchild" makeup design Rich has built a reputation that is second to none in the KISS Tribute world. His leadership, organizational and negotiating skills have put MR.SPEED at the top of a critical yet passionate fanbase that spans the globe. From live performances with KISS members Ace Frehley in 2007 at the KISS Coffeehouse 1st Anniversary Celebration to KISS themed Expo stages with Bruce Kulick and Eric Singer in years that followed Rich understands the legacy of the role that he is in.
MR.SPEED stood toe to toe with 3 other KISS Tribute Bands in Las Vegas in 2012 and came out victorious as the "World's Best KISS Tribute Band" as voted on by KISS' own Tommy Thayer. Not long after they were recognized on AXS TV Season 3's finale as one of "The World's Greatest Tribute Bands" in 2014 performing in front of a television audience of 5 million viewers. If that wasn't enough even during a worldwide shutdown in 2020 MR.SPEED stood head & shoulders above a handful of other KISS style bands and claimed the "Best KISS Tribute Band" distinction via Facebook "Tribute Wars Quarantined". Rich has honed his skills and built a band that pays tribute to KISS with sincere heart, drive and passion and he understands the connection that KISS fans have with their musical superheroes.
